The Invisible Line
What will it take for you to have a business breakthrough? What skills and qualities do you need to develop and refine to make this happen? Many times it’s the invisible line imposed by limiting beliefs that holds us back from having that breakthrough. When it comes to achieving a breakthrough, it’s all about execution, accountability, and results.
There is no question the Coronavirus pandemic has added a whole new dimension to our work and family life, and it hasn’t been easy. In spite of the challenges and uncertainty, you continue to show up for your clients with unshakable belief. One of the things my years of experience has taught me is adversity is indeed a better teacher and coach than success. When there are no trials, success has less value. When you knock on the door, titled “Breakthrough,” you will face adversity, and you will stand at the invisible line imposed by limiting beliefs. The key is will you cross the line? Do you have that internal fire that drives you? Top performers don’t feel pressure; they apply it, meaning they don’t let fear or uncertainty pile up and overtake their optimism and confidence in themselves.
The clients you serve need you at your best during this period of business challenge and change. Be the voice of reason they listen to, communicate frequently and lead with purpose. Have the courage to cross that invisible line and, first, believe and then see what a business breakthrough would mean for you and the clients who have put their trust and confidence in you.
Continue to provide the path forward for the people in your life who truly matter most. I value greatly the difference you are making.
All the best,
Cliff
