Is good enough?
Interesting question isn’t it? And you are the one person that has the key to unlock the answer. I spent the majority of my working career in the Financial Services Industry, and I used to tell people if they want to play JV ball they are hiring down the street. But we play “Big League” ball here. So I want to challenge you to give up on playing small. Playing small does not serve the world.
I truly believe we all have the propensity to do something as well or better than anyone else. The difference between good and great is seldom about talent. Its about developing the daily disciplines, the small, simple things done consistently, over and over again. And successful people know this. That’s why they invest an immense amount of time on a daily basis to develop a “great mindset”, to acquire new knowledge, and learn new skills. And its these things that change their perspective on what is truly possible in their life.
Why settle for good when great is knocking on your door? All you have to do is open it.
